You are highly advised to check the goods you receive it first. You are entitled to make any complaint within 24 hours after you receive the item. If the item you received is damaged or insufficient, we are ready to help you get your money back.
We issue refunds for Contracts within 7 working days of the original purchase of the Contract.
To report any complaint, you need to take a photo or video of your item and send the evidence of the complaint to our Customer Service.
We will make an inspection based on the evidence of your complaint and if eligible, the return or exchange will be sent the next day according to the delivery time that has been set.
